Our Story

HER Redefined is a living, breathing commitment to healing, belonging, and community care. We are cultivators of sacred spaces where people can lay down their burdens, soften their hearts, and come together in both bravery and vulnerability. Here, you are not asked to leave parts of yourself behind—you are welcomed in your fullness.

Born from personal and collective pain, HER Redefined emerged as a response to the deep longing for spaces where we could gather, remember, and heal together. Our work is rooted in ancestral wisdom, honoring the medicine of those who came before us and creating pathways for those who will come after.

We believe healing is not only individual but also communal—woven through relationships, rituals, and the collective remembering of who we are. In every circle, clinic, and gathering, we invite you to belong, to be seen, and to step into the possibility of what healing and resilience can look like when reimagined together.

We plant seeds

We plant seeds—tender acts of care and remembrance—that bloom in their own time. Through our gatherings, we uplift ancestral healers and the practices they carried, weaving their wisdom back into our daily lives. This work is an act of reclamation, tending to what colonization sought to sever: our connection to the land, to spirit, to community, and to ourselves. By remembering what was stolen and calling it back with intention, we create pathways for healing that honor both our ancestors and our descendants.

HER Redefined is committed to making this medicine accessible to those who have been historically excluded from spaces of wellness and care. We center those most impacted by systemic harm—Black, Brown, Indigenous, immigrant, system‑impacted, and LGBTQIA+ communities—ensuring that ancestral healing is not a privilege but a birthright. In doing so, we offer not just tools for personal transformation, but a collective remembering that can ripple through families, neighborhoods, and generations to come.

Our Mission

Our mission is to redefine healing by restoring access to ancestral practices, community care, and spaces of belonging. We create circles, clinics, and gatherings where people can reclaim what colonization and systemic harm have taken—connection to spirit, land, body, and one another. We are devoted to offering this work in ways that are accessible and rooted in love, centering Black, Brown, Indigenous, immigrant, LGBTQIA+, system‑impacted communities, and those who are overworked, under‑cared for, and longing for support. Through this collective remembering, we nurture resilience, empowerment, and the possibility of a more whole and connected future.

Our Vision
We envision a world where ancestral wisdom is honored and accessible to all, where healing is not a privilege but a collective birthright. In this world, spaces of restoration and belonging are abundant, and rest is reclaimed as both necessary and revolutionary—a quiet form of resistance to the systems that demand we do more and be more. We dream of communities where healing circles come alive in kitchens, parks, living rooms, and anywhere people gather. Here, pain is transformed into purpose, and those who have overcome hurt become the healers—tending to others in their own neighborhoods and families. We see a future where connection to land and spirit is alive, where support is shared rather than scarce, and where generations to come inherit not only stories of survival but pathways to thrive in wholeness, courage, and community.

An Invitation

We extend a heartfelt invitation to join us—to arrive with openness, to explore the unknown, and to let curiosity guide you. Healing often asks us to sit tenderly with discomfort, to lean into what feels uncertain, and to trust that something beautiful is waiting on the other side. Here, you are welcomed exactly as you are, held by community and the quiet strength of ancestral wisdom. As you walk your own journey, know that you do not walk alone; every step is witnessed, every story honored, and every seed of healing nurtured with care.

Stay Connected.
