Born from personal and collective pain, HER Redefined emerged as a response to the deep longing for spaces where we could gather, remember, and heal together. Our work is rooted in ancestral wisdom, honoring the medicine of those who came before us and creating pathways for those who will come after.
We believe healing is not only individual but also communal—woven through relationships, rituals, and the collective remembering of who we are. In every circle, clinic, and gathering, we invite you to belong, to be seen, and to step into the possibility of what healing and resilience can look like when reimagined together.
We plant seeds

Through our gatherings, we uplift ancestral healers and the practices they carried, weaving their wisdom back into our daily lives. We are devoted to offering this work in ways that are accessible and rooted in love, centering Black, Brown, Indigenous, immigrant, LGBTQIA+, system‑impacted communities, and those who are overworked, under‑cared for, and longing for support.
